April 25, 2008, Newsletter Issue #116: How Does Your Homemade Paper Feel?

Tip of the Week

You can add items to your pulp before making it into sheets of paper and make your paper have a unique feel to it. Texture can be easily added by putting in confetti, thin pieces of thread, different types of small seeds, and even things you can find in nature such as a leaf, to your pulp. Adding texture allows for you paper to be one of a kind and take it from plain old paper to something really special.
